01Does TurfIt install the lawn?
No. TurfIt supplies the turf and the installation materials, and your branch can refer you to a recommended installer. How long the job takes depends on the size of the yard, the access and the ground underneath.
02What goes underneath the grass?
A graded and compacted base, then the turf, cut, seamed and secured at the edges, with infill brushed in. The base matters as much as the lawn you pick, so talk it through with your installer.

03Is artificial turf worth it compared with grass?
It trades a larger cost up front for a lawn that needs no mowing, no fertilizer and no watering to stay green. Whether it pays back depends on your water bill, your yard and how long you plan to stay, so get it priced and compare.
04What does it cost?
It depends on the area, the product and what is under the old lawn. Send the yard through the form with rough measurements and your branch will come back with a number.
05Is it suitable if we have a dog?
