16-Year Limited Warranty
C8 yarn and above: 8 years full coverage, then 8 years extended at 10% (prorated). Value lines and below-C8 products: 2 years full coverage, then 14 years at 10%.
What's covered
UV stability (resistance to UV degradation) and structural integrity of the turf.
Material only
The warranty covers replacement material only. It does not cover labor, removal, installation, freight, or shipping.
Who can claim
The original purchaser only. The warranty is non-transferable.
How to claim
Give written notice within 7 days of discovering an issue. TurfIt has a 30-day window to inspect. Preserve the material in place until the inspection is complete. Submitting the form below starts the process. A valid claim may also require your original sales receipt, installation date and company, batch/lot numbers, and product/infill samples.
Key exclusions
Normal wear, matting, and crushing. Aesthetic conditions. Improper sub-base, installation, infill, or maintenance. Use of the wrong chemicals. Water/soil pH outside 7–9. Abuse, misuse, and acts of God. The full exclusion list and care requirements are in the warranty document.
File a warranty claim
Complete every field and attach at least 3 photos of the issue. Your claim is sent to the TurfIt warranty team and you'll receive an email confirmation.
