5. Shipping, Delivery & Pickup
Delivery timelines vary by location and carrier. Turfit is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather events, supply chain disruptions, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Risk of loss passes to you at the time the carrier takes possession of your order. Customers picking up orders are responsible for verifying and securing their load.
6. Returns, Exchanges & Restocking
Special orders may be non-refundable. Opened or used products are not eligible for return. A restocking fee may apply to eligible returns. Please contact us before returning any product.
